·       Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location.

How long is production time?

Since all sets are handmade and made-to-order, production takes 2–10 business days (excluding weekends & national holidays).

Is there free shipping?

At the moment, Edenailz does not offer free shipping.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

We do not accept returns/refunds for personal reasons (wrong size, changed mind, wrong color selection, etc.) due to hygiene and safety.

When are returns accepted?

Returns or replacements are accepted only if the mistake is from Edenailz, such as:

·       Incorrect size sent

·       Wrong design or color

·       Missing nail tips

·       Manufacturing defects

I received a damaged or incorrect item. How can I get assistance?

Please submit a claim within 2×24 hours of receiving the package with:

1.     Full unboxing video (no cuts)

2.     Photos of the issue

3.     Order number + recipient name

EDENAILZ SIZE GUIDE

Find the perfect fit for your press-on nails. Follow the simple instructions below for accurate measurement and to select the right size.

Step 1: Measure Your Nails

You have two measurement methods to choose from. Use the one that is easiest for you.

Method 1 (Recommended)

• Use a soft, flexible measuring tape.
• Place the tape across the widest part of your nail bed.
• Record the measurement in millimeters (mm).
• Repeat this for all fingers.

Tip: Ensure the tape lies flat on your nail without pressing into the skin.

 

Method 2 (Paper)

If you do not have a measuring tape, use a piece of paper.

• Place a small piece of paper on your nail.
• Mark the left and right sides of the widest part of your nail with a pen.
• Measure the distance between the two dots using a ruler (in mm).

This method is just as accurate, provided the lines are marked precisely at the widest area of the nail.

Step 2: Choose Your Size

Compare your nail measurements with the following Edenailz size chart:

Notes:

• Choose the size that is closest to your measurement.
• If you are between two sizes, select the larger size.
• If your nails tend to be flat, sizing up is highly recommended.
• For the Short Almond shape, the size tends to run slightly smaller, so it is advisable to go one size up.
