EDENAILZ – Shipping Policy
Edenailz is pleased to serve shipments throughout Indonesia via trusted courier services. At this time, we do not yet provide international shipping.
Production Time (Made-to-Order)
All Edenailz press-on nails are handmade and made-to-order. Every set will go through the following process: Inbound, Quality Control (QC) – ensuring the design, size, and completeness match the order, and neat Packaging. All orders are properly packaged with the aim of preventing physical damage during shipment. Estimated Production Time: 2–10 business days (Excluding weekends and national holidays)
Shipping Time & Process
The goods will be shipped after the QC and packaging process is complete. Once the package is handed over to the courier, the tracking number will automatically be updated in the system. The Customer will receive a notification/tracking number to track the package in real-time.
Package Tracking
If the tracking status is delayed in updating, please allow a little extra time. However, if there is no update for more than 5 days, please contact our Customer Service, and we will assist in following up with the courier service.
Important Notes
- Shipping time is solely subject to the policy of each respective courier.
- Edenailz cannot change the estimated delivery time once the package has been handed over to the expedition company.
- Delays caused by the courier are beyond our control, but we are ready to assist with follow-up if necessary.
