SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How much & how long does shipping take?
· Shipping cost depends on the courier and destination (calculated at checkout).
· Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location.
How long is production time?
Since all sets are handmade and made-to-order, production takes 2–10 business days (excluding weekends & national holidays).
Is there free shipping?
At the moment, Edenailz does not offer free shipping.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
We do not accept returns/refunds for personal reasons (wrong size, changed mind, wrong color selection, etc.) due to hygiene and safety.
When are returns accepted?
Returns or replacements are accepted only if the mistake is from Edenailz, such as:
· Incorrect size sent
· Wrong design or color
· Missing nail tips
· Manufacturing defects
I received a damaged or incorrect item. How can I get assistance?
Please submit a claim within 2×24 hours of receiving the package with:
1. Full unboxing video (no cuts)
2. Photos of the issue
3. Order number + recipient name

We will cover 100% of reshipping costs for valid claims.
