SECTION 5 – PRODUCTS OR SERVICES
EDENAILZ products are handmade press on nails, crafted manually, and as such, small variations in color, shape, or design detail may occur.
Other provisions:
- Each item may have slight variations in color, shape, or detail.
- Colors in the photos may vary up to pm 20% due to lighting, camera, and screen display.
- Products are sold through a Pre-Order (PO) system.
We do not warrant that every product will conform 100% to the customer's visual expectations due to technical factors such as screen display and photographic lighting.
SECTION 6 – BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order based on certain considerations, including:
- Invalid shipping or contact data.
- Suspicious order patterns.
You agree to provide accurate and verifiable account and payment information and update it as needed.
SECTION 7 – PRE-ORDER SYSTEM, PRODUCTION & SHIPPING
All products are produced after payment is completed.
Production Terms:
- Estimated production time: 1–10 business days, depending on the queue and design complexity.
- National holidays are not counted as production days.
- The PO process cannot be canceled after production has begun.
- Design changes can only be made before production starts.
Shipping:
- Shipping time by the expedition company does not include production time.
- The risk of delay, damage, or loss of the package is the responsibility of the expedition company.
EDENAILZ will assist with the tracking process but cannot guarantee the final decision of the courier service.
SECTION 8 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
We are not liable for any loss or damage related to the purchase or use of goods, Services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites. Please review carefully the third-party's policies and practices and make sure you understand them before you engage in any transaction. Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding third-party products should be directed to the third party.
