Return & Exchanges

1. No Returns / Refunds for Personal Reasons

To maintain the hygiene and safety of press-on nail products, we cannot process returns or exchanges for the following situations:

  • Incorrect size selection due to the customer not following the size guide.
  • Change of mind.
  • Requests to exchange color, design, or style after the product has been received.

We strongly advise customers to follow the size guide and read the product details before making a purchase.


 

2. Product Warranty Policy (Faulty Items)

We provide a full warranty for manufacturing defects such as:

  • Design inconsistency with the order.
  • Insufficient quantity of nail tips.
  • Physical damage before use.
  • Color drastically different from the sample due to a production error.

Warranty Claim Submission Requirements

A claim must be submitted within a maximum of 2×24 hours after the item is received (based on courier tracking), and must include:

  • Full unboxing video without cuts, starting from when the package is still sealed until the product contents are clearly visible.
  • Supporting photos of the damaged/incorrect part.
  • Proof of order number and recipient name.

Claims cannot be processed without a complete unboxing video.


3. Accepted Returns (If Internal Error by Edenailz)

Returns will be accepted if a shipping error occurred on Edenailz’s part, such as:

  • Incorrect size shipped (e.g., customer ordered M, but received XS).
  • Incorrect design or color shipped from what was ordered.
  • The quantity of nail tips does not match the package contents.

Our Responsibility

  • Edenailz will cover 100% of the reshipping/return costs.
  • Replacement will be processed as quickly as possible to maintain customer trust.
  • The customer only needs to submit evidence according to the procedure (unboxing video + photos).

4. Rejected Returns (Customer Error)

Returns cannot be accepted if:

  • Size error occurred because the customer did not follow the size guide.
  • Size error on a Custom Size order, as the size was provided directly by the customer.
  • The product has been used, applied, damaged due to usage, or exposed to liquid/glue.
  • The unboxing video is unavailable or incomplete.

Under these conditions, the customer is fully responsible for measurement or size selection errors.
